Getting to Brussels, Belgium
The primary international gateway is Brussels Airport (BRU), located just outside the capital city. This modern and well-connected airport welcomes flights from major cities worldwide. Additionally, Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL) serves as an alternative option with a range of budget-friendly flights.

Getting to Leuven
For our guests traveling from Brussels to Leuven, the most convenient option is the quick 30-minute train ride from Brussels Central Station to Leuven Station.
From the train station in Leuven, the wedding venue De Hoorn is 20 min on foot, 10 min bus or 5 min by taxi.
Leuven is a very small city and it’s easily accessible on foot. We advise you to book a hotel in Leuven from Saturday 22nd to Sunday 23rd.

As you prepare to join us for our celebration in Leuven, we want to make sure your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. Leuven offers a charming selection of accommodation options, ranging from centrally located hotels to quaint bed and breakfasts. We recommend booking your accommodation in advance to secure your preferred choice.

Dresscode
We suggest a dark or light colored suit for men (semi-formal or informal) and a floor-length or cocktail dress for women (semi-formal or informal).
Too formal: tuxedos, white tie, etc.

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you do wish to give something, we prefer a monetary gift as we relocate to India soon, and physical presents may pose logistical challenges.
